Whova Guide

How to Get Into Whova

The ESWEEK Whova site can be accessed through the ESWEEK 2021 Whova web portal or the Whova app. If you haven’t done so yet, you need to create an account first from the sign up page using the email address you used for the registration. See here in the Whova user guide for how to sign-in/sign-up.

Whova User Guide

A detailed Whova attendee user guide is available here. In particular, Whova provides a wide range of features for networking with other attendees before, during or after the conference by participating in discussions on the community boards or creating and joining virtual ad-hoc meetings.

Select the sessions you plan to attend (Agenda → Choose Session → Add to My Agenda). See here in the user guide for how to add items to your agenda.

What to Do Offline Before the Conference?

A pre-recorded lightning talk and PDF of each paper, (and optionally slides and other material) for each talk will be available starting two weeks before the conference online here (Agenda → Choose Session → Choose Sub-session). You can go through them, and post questions and communicate with other attendees in the Whova Q&A. See here in the user guide for how to access the Whova Q&A.
