IEEE urges each Event attendee or volunteer to review the Event venue’s safety protocols, should they be available, in advance of deciding whether to attend the Event. IEEE cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or any others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.
Obligation to Comply with COVID-19 Safety Measures
We ask and expect that all attendees and volunteers will follow any and all applicable recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization concerning the need to isolate, quarantine, or take other steps to prevent spreading COVID-19.
