Visa Information

Many attendees of ESWeek 2015 may need a visa to travel to The Netherlands. Concerning the visa application procedure, you may need an invitation letter from the ESWeek organizers.

The ESWEEK organization urges you to find out whether you need a visa and an invitation letter or not early on. If you do need one, you will need to send an email to local arrangement chairs, Todor Stefanov and Andy D. Pimentel.

The email request should contain the following information:
Name of the Attendee:
Position:
Affiliation:
Address:
Title of Accepted Paper/Talk:
Conference/Symposium/Workshop/Tutorial at which the paper/talk will to present/give:
